Care is available in clinic or via telehealth, so you can be seen wherever is most convenient. No billing surprises, no waiting weeks for an appointment, and no feeling rushed. Your subscription can also be paired with a high-deductible or catastrophic insurance plan, giving you the best of both worlds — affordable day-to-day care and coverage when you really need it.

What is included in the subscription?

Your membership covers a wide range of primary care services — such as wellness visits, physicals, routine checkups, sick visits, and minor in-clinic testing like urinalysis, COVID, and flu tests. Some services fall outside the subscription, including med spa treatments, labs, hormone therapy, dry needling, injections, and dispensed medications. We're always upfront about what's covered so there are never any surprises — just ask us if you're unsure about a specific service.

Can I use my insurance for DPC visits?
